| 摘 要： | 农村民办幼儿教师是农村幼儿教育的重要支撑力量。职业倦怠不但直接影响农村民办幼儿教师身心健康和专业成长,而且影响农村幼儿保教质量,影响农村幼教事业的发展,进而影响农村未来劳动者素质的提升。通过对浙东部分地区农村民办幼儿教师进行调查,在成因分析的基础上,提出消解职业倦怠的策略:尽快出台《学前教育法》,努力从法律角度维护和保障农村民办幼儿教师的权益;实行农村幼儿教师聘用制度;实行农村幼儿教师资格认证制度,做到持证上岗,限制无证却有关系的人员随意替换上岗;关注农村民办幼儿教师的专业成长,让教师获得专业发展的机会;重视农村民办幼儿园硬件设施建设和工作环境改善;引导教师培养健康人格,摆脱职业困境;等等。从而促进农村民办幼儿教师的健康发展,促进农村学前教育事业的可持续发展。

| Abstract: | The teachers in rural private kindergartens are the backbone of rural pre-school education.Job burnout not only affects their psychological health and professional development but also the quality of pre-school education in rural area,furthermore,the qualification of future working force.On the basis of the survey on rural pre-school teachers in East Zhejiang,several strategies are put forward trying to dispel their job burnout:Firstly,Pre-school Education Law should be issued as soon as possible to protect and to ensure the rights and benefits of the pre-school teachers from the angle of law.Secondly,employment system among the pre-school teachers in rural area should be performed.Thirdly,qualification certification can be carried out to make sure all the teachers concerned must hold certificates.By doing these,the healthy growth of the pre-school teachers in rural area can be promoted and the sustainable development of rural pre-school education can be ensured. |
