摘    要:采用文献资料、问卷调查、访谈、跟踪调查等方法,抽取251名一、二年级大学本科生作为样本,通过深入调查并对问卷的得分进行系统分析,认为:体育教学中大学生内在动机关联因素包含个体差异和个体所处的社会环境。个体差异包括知觉能力、知觉自主性、知觉有用性预期、目标价值取向和外表等;社会环境因素包括校内环境因素如课程内容、体育教师、同学、学校体育设施,以及校外环境因素如家庭成员鼓励和体育行为、校外体育活动、媒体、文化价值观和社会偏见等。鉴于影响大学生学习体育的内在动机包含着广泛的社会因素,这些因素均应考虑到大学体育教学改革范畴之中。

Abstract:Using literature review,questionnaires,interviews,follow-up survey and so on,this study selected 251 first and second year undergraduate students as a sample and made in-depth investigation and systematic analysis of the questionnaire scores.It is thought that the intrinsic motivation of the undergraduates in physical education included both social-environmental factors and individual differences.Individual differences include perceived competence,perceived autonomy,Intuition usefulness expectations,goal value orientation and appearance.Social environmental factors included on-campus factors such as course content,the physical education off campus,classmates,and school athletic facilities as well as off-campus factors such as family encouragement,physical activity behaviors,participation in out-of-school athletic activities,media,cultural values and social preconceptions.In view of a wide variety of social factors which influence students’ intrinsic motivation in physical education,these factors need to be taken into account in physical education teaching reform.
