营销专业跨学科创新型人才培养模式的构建

摘    要:由于工商企业对营销专业人才知识和能力结构提出更高的要求,传统营销专业人才培养满足不了农、工企业的专业需求等原因,进行跨学科营销专业创新人才培养非常必要。跨学科营销专业人才培养模式构建应包括以下措施:一是明确培养目标及课程体系,二是制定培养计划,三是引入跨学科融合教学模式,四是构建院系合作机制。

Abstract:Because of higher requirements of industry and business enterprises for the structure of knowledge and capability of marketing talents,the traditional training mode which could not meet the demand of enterprises,it is necessary to carry out the cultivation of interdisciplinary marketing talents.We should adopt the measures to construct the training mode of interdisciplinary marketing as follows:firstly,clear the training objectives and curriculum system;secondly,make the training plan;thirdly,introduce the teaching mode of interdisciplinary;fourthly,establish the cooperation system of colleges and departments.
