| 摘 要： | 适应新形势发展的要求，在认真研究高校学生思想活动新情况、新特点的基础上，学生思想政治工作要有所创新。而这一创新，是在不断继承、充实、提高基础上的创新，是在加强和改进过程中的创新，它应体现在战略上的主动性、内容上的时效性、方法上的适应性及思想意识上的开拓性。

| Abstract: | Based on study of new situation and characteristics of ideological and political work in college, we are trying to seek out the principals and outlet and creativity in ideological and political work. And such creativity is in the process of continuing development and improvement process of strength and satisfaction. It can be shown in the initiative of strategy, effectiveness of content and changeableness of outlet and opening-up in ideological sense. |
