摘    要:人力资源管理观察指数是组织外部人员在短时间内对组织整体的主观认识,是企业印象管理的一个重要方面。目前在国内尚未有相关研究资料,本研究基于层次分析法,力求建立全面完善的人力资源管理观察指数,进而提升组织外部形象,更好地服务于组织目标的实现。

Research for Observation of Human Resource Management Index Based on the Analytic Hierarchy Process

Abstract:Observation Of human resource management index is the subjective awareness of the impression of the whole organization by the people outside the organization during a short period of times .it is also an important aspect of impression management of the company, there is no relevant research data in China now, this study is based on the analytic hierarchy process aiming at establishing a comprehensive index ,in order to find the problems of management and take effective measures to improve the effectiveness of human resouroes management. It is better to enhance the organizatioonal image and serve the organization's objectives.
