| 摘 要： | 大学组织文化是组织文化的一种。近年来, 我国大学组织文化建设取得一定的成绩, 促进了高等学校的改革和发展, 但存在对整体文化形象培育不够重视、办学理念缺少文化内涵等不足。加强现代大学组织文化建设, 要坚持正确的指导思想, 运用先进的理念, 构建现代大学制度, 实现学校全面、协调、可持续发展。

| Abstract: | Organized college culture is a type of organized culture.In the recent years,the construction of organized college culture has made considerable achievements which has promoted the reform and development in schools of higher learning.Still,flaws exist such as negligence of setting up an overall cultural image,lacking cultural implication etc..To strengthen the building of organized college culture,we should adhere to a correct guide-line,be directed by advanced theories so as to acquire comprehensive sustainable development of the school. |
