| 摘 要： | 经济文化发展与基础教育的变革之间存在着复杂的关联。和南部地区相比,江苏的北部地区在经济文化发展上存在极大的差距,且具有自身的特征。本文在分析苏北地区经济文化发展总体特征的基础上,探寻当地基础教育变革与发展的一系列困难,认为在社会转型性变革中,区域性经济文化发展应与教育的发展呈现良性互动,才能实现社会的和谐发展。

| Abstract: | Compared with Southern Area of Jiangsu province, Northern Area falls behind in the development of economiy and culture. Meanwhile, it has its own economical and cultural characteristics. However, there is complex relation between economical and cultural development and basic education reform. On the base of analysing the general features of economical and cultural in Northern Area, this article investigates a series of difficulties which exist in local basic education reform and development. In addition, during the process of social reforming transformation, the regional economical and cultural development should present a benign mutual relation with the development of education to realize our society's harmonious development finally. |
