| 摘 要： | 文化产业有集群化趋势，但集群的形成需要具备一定的条件，包括内外部条件和环境。政府以及投融资在促进文化产业集群的形成与发展中具有重要作用。通过运用分类归纳法、比较分析法对文献进行梳理研究得出，目前国内外相关研究主要集中于对某一城市或地区文化产业集群的案例分析和实证，缺乏一个相对完善的文化产业集群理论框架，更缺乏基于“两型社会”建设视角的研究及将文化产业集群形成机理与文化产业集群投融资以及实践等方面结合起来进行深入系统分析的研究。

| Abstract: | Cultural industry has the clustering tendency, but its formation needs certain conditions, including internal and external conditions and environment. The government with its investment and financing plays an important role in promoting the formation and development of cultural industries. By the application of classification, induction, comparative analysis, this paper concludes that the present domestic and foreign studies mainly focus on the case analysis and demonstration of culture industry clusters in one city or region, and lack the relatively complete theory frame of cultural industry clusters, especially the deep systematic research that combined the formation mechanism of cultural industry clusters with its investment and financing based on the perspective of ＂two-orientated society＂ construction. |
