| 摘 要： | 对社会体育专业开设保健康复专业方向的必要性和可行性进行了理论分析 ,结合我校体育系开设社会体育专业的实际情况进行了论述 将传统的体育保健进行扩展 ,对人的“生物性”和“社会性”进行整合 ,提出了“整体保健康复模式” ;在课程设置中加大选修课的比例 ,从而使本专业的毕业生具备更强的社会竞争能力 ,推进全民健身计划的实施

| Abstract: | The present study analyses the necessity and feasibility for offering health protection and healing direction in the social sports specialty,and discusses the thing to set up the social sports specialty in our college.This paper points out that it is beneficial to conforming the "biology"and the "sociality",inferring the "whole mode of health protection and healing ",increasing the proportion of the elective courses in curriculum system,promote the implementing process of Plan of Fitness for All and enhancing the quality of the graduates |
