摘 要: | 学习拖延干预是用各种技术对拖延行为进行一定程度的控制,以达到减少拖延行为出现的频率或程度。本文在对国内学习拖延干预现状进行梳理的基础上,设计了针对大中小学生心理特点的干预方法,希望对不同年龄段的学习拖延者提供更有效的帮助。
