| 摘 要： | 文章通过问卷调查、深度访谈、文本分析等调研方法,分析成都城镇教师支援农村的数量与质量结构、动机机制、工作范畴、工作效果、存在问题与意见;在此基础上,认为成都城镇教师支援农村教育基本体制已经形成并取得良好效果,与此同时,文章分析了存在的相关问题并提出了相应改进对策。
