| Abstract: | There were some incidents of employees' suicide happened in Foxcon Technology Corporate,which has led to concern of all circles in society.Through the analysis of the Foxcon incidents,this paper puts forward the idea that an enterprise should change its management pattern,strengthen its social responsibility and emphasize people-oriented management concept,which has the far-reaching significance for building a harmonious society |
