| 摘 要： | 基于对国内外风险管理实践与研究趋势的分析，指出了基于项目的EIRM(企业集成风险管理)信息系统是企业集成风险管理的重要研究内容，EIRM的目的是要把企业的所有风险管理活动符合于企业的战略目标及战略管理活动，要在企业战略指引下制定企业集成风险管理信息系统。研究了在项目管理平台上如何构建相应的风险管理组织，并提出一种新的基于项目的EIRM信息系统。

| Abstract: | Based on the analysis of worldwide risk management practices and study trends,it concludeds that the information system of project-based EIRM is the indispensable factors of EIRM (Enterprise Integrated Risk Management). It points out that the goal of EIRM is to make all of enterprise risk management activities consistent with enterprise strategic goals and activities. The information system of EIRM is framed with the guidance of enterprise strategy. Finally,it puts forward a new information system of project-based EIRM. |
