人力资本货币价值存量的因素分析

摘    要:随着知识经济的兴起,人力资本日显重要,使企业的生产函数、产权制度等方面发生了深刻的变化.人力资本对企业产权的要求,客观上需要一个人力资本与金融资本的共同可比基础.在金融学现值概念的引导下,通过分析教育、训练、迁移流动和健康等内部因素和纯粹利率、风险因素、通货膨胀等外部因素对人力资本货币价值存量的影响,为评估人力资本的货币价值提供了一个分析框架.
