| 摘 要： | 儒家思想作为中华民族传统文化的主流思想,在为政之道的历史长河中沉淀下了十分丰厚的文化思想。其为政以德、以民为本、为政以廉思想是为政清廉的理论支持;而儒家思想中长期沉淀的人治思想、臣民文化及以"官"、"权"为中心的官本位、权本位思想也在吏政建设中根深蒂固。因此,在廉政建设中,要大力弘扬儒家传统思想中优秀的廉政文化思想,遵循取其精华、去其糟粕、古为今用的原则,对其进行开发、创新和利用。

| Abstract: | As the mainstream thought of Chinese traditional culture,Confucianism has also left behind rich thoughts for the political administration.Its ideas of putting moral and people first are the theoretical basis for the practice of honest administration.However,its concept of ruling by man and hierarchical relation between officials and common people is deep-rooted in China.Therefore,in the construction of an honest administration,Confucian concept of honest rule should be advocated and developed while the backward ideas should be got rid of. |
