| 摘 要： | 资产联合是企业集团多种联系中最重要、最基本的联结纽带,组建企业集团一定要紧紧抓住资本联结纽带这个核心.股份制为资本联结纽带的建立提供了可操作的手段,组建股份制企业集团,使集团企业间资本联结纽带建立的工作大大简化了.本文重点论述了以资产为纽带组建股份制企业集团的两条主要途径:通过组建股份制集团公司,并将其集团化作股份制企业集团;对现行企业集团进行股份制改组,使其成为规范化的股份制企业集团.

| Abstract: | The merging of capital is the most important and also the essential tie linking the enterprise association. To establish the enterprise association, great attention must be focused on the core with the tie of capital. Joint-stock system, with the tie of the capital, is a feasible method. The establishment of joint-stock-system enterprise association simplifies the establishment of the tie of capital. This essay deals with two ways of establishing joint-stock-system enterprise association: one is to set up the joint-stock-system company group which is made up of enterprise association and the other is to reform the existing enterprise association by means of joint-stock system, making it into the standardized joint-stock-system enterprise association. |
