| 摘 要： | 20世纪70年代胜任力概念被提出后,胜任力的研究就成为理论界关注的焦点,胜任力理论和实践应用的影响与日俱增。胜任力研究在国外方兴未艾,而国内相关研究才刚刚起步,在实践中应用的案例则更加稀少。本文阐述了国外胜任力研究的起源于发展、胜任力定义及其维度、胜任力模型及其建构、胜任力模型的应用,综述了西方二十年来胜任力研究成果,为国内胜任力理论研究和实践应用提供借鉴。
