| 摘 要： | 21世纪充满了机遇和挑战,对人才提出了更高的要求.当代大学生不仅要具备较高的智商和情商,还需具备较高的灵商,才能成为合格的21世纪新型人才.本文在对灵商内涵进行分析的基础上, 对灵商的重要性及如何加强当代大学生灵商培养提出了自己的观点.
