| 摘 要： | 民族传统体育与生活休戚相关,历史悠久,积淀深厚,资源丰富,并且在新的历史时期依托少数民族传统体育运动会、保护非物质文化遗产的大环境、各民族的节庆活动等得到了快速的发展。集民族性、健身性、娱乐性为一体的民族传统体育是社会主义新农牧区建设进程中不可替代的文化资源,从美学角度进行审视,具有顽强不息的生命之美、民族团结的和谐之美、经济生产的发展之美、多元共融的艺术之美、原根文化的自然之美,过去、现在乃至将来都是我们赖以生存的精神食粮。
