| 摘 要： | 在社会转型期，我国农村部分地区干群关系趋于紧张，其主要原因是干群主体发生了变化。而代表个人利益的群众、代表国家和农村社区利益的村干部与代表国家和地方利益的乡干部三方的互动，为改善干群关系提供了新的契机。因此，以主体自身的改善为突破口，将为改善农村干群关系提供一种新的模式。

| Abstract: | During the social transformation period, the relationship between masses and cadres in rural China tends to get tense. One of the important causes is the change in the subjects of the masses and the cadres in rural China. The dynamic interaction between the masses who are concerned about their own interests, the villages cadres representing the interests of the rural communities and of the state, and the townships cadres representing the local interests and state interests provides a new opportunity to improve the mass-cadre relationship. Therefore the bettering of the subjects can serve as a breakthrough and will provide a new model for improving that relationship. |
