| 摘 要： | 大学生和谐人格的塑造是高等教育及社会主义和谐社会构建不可或缺的要素,具有重要的理论价值和现实意义。对大学生和谐人格进行界定,对大学生和谐人格的结构、实现机理、价值等问题进行较为系统的微观探讨,提出塑造大学生和谐人格的相关途径,这些研究具有重要的学术价值和现实意义。
