| 摘 要： | 高职学生管理工作是实现党的教育方针和高校培养目标的重要手段，是深化高职教育改革不可代替的力量。建立健全合理的高职学生管理机制，完善各项制度，建立专兼职高职学生管理队伍，强化高职学生自我管理是高职学生管理工作的主要内容，实行德智体综合测评，强化学生常规管理，管教结合，实行学院、家庭、社会相结合，齐抓共管是高职院校学生管理工作的主要途径。

These are main ideas to improve the reasonable management system, establish vocational student management procession and strengthen student self-management. To put morality, intelligence and physique unified plan into practice and strengthen student routine management are the main ways. |
