| Abstract: | Imagery training method can help coaches improve the training effect.This paper takes shooting training as the background and divides the paper into four parts for research.The first part briefly describes the concept and characteristics of image training method.The second part simply analyzes the practical significance of applying the image training method in training.The third part deeply analyzes the application way of image training method.The fourth part deeply analyzes the main points of application of image training method.It is hoped that the paper can provide some reference materials for the application of imagery training method for researchers and coaches of shooting. |
