| 摘 要： | 新时期的高校思想政治教育应树立正确政治方向,以培养思想进步、行为规范、心理健康、沟通流畅、能力全面的人才为基本目标。文章分析东北高校培养“优质公民”的目的,探讨东北高校应该培养什么样的“优质公民”,并从思想、行为、心理、沟通、能力等方面研究东北高校思想政治教育培养“优质公民”的新途径和新方法。

| Abstract: | The ideological and political education in colleges and universities in the new era should set up a correct political direction and take the cultivation of talents with progressive thoughts,behavioral norms,mental health,smooth communication and comprehensive ability as the basic goal.This paper analyzes the purpose of cultivating"High Quality Citizens"in northeast colleges and universities,discusses what kind of"High Quality Citizens"should be cultivated in northeast colleges and universities,and studies the new ways and methods of cultivating"High Quality Citizens"in ideological and political education in northeast colleges and universities from the aspects of thought,behavior,psychology,communication and ability. |
