| 摘 要： | 当前中国正处于实现中华民族伟大复兴的关键时刻,人才是中华民族伟大复兴和中国在国际竞争中制胜的法宝,高校学风建设的不断推进有助于培养各类高级专门人才,助推中华民族伟大复兴梦想的实现。文章对高校学风建设存在的问题进行分析,从全员育人的角度出发,以学院为基础单位,深入探究高校学院学风建设的有效路径。

| Abstract: | Nowadays,China is at a crucial moment to realize the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.Talent is the magic weapon for the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation and China's success in international competition.The continuous promotion of the construction of academic atmosphere in colleges and universities is conducive to cultivating all kinds of senior professionals and boosting the realization of the dream of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.This paper analyzes the problems existing in the construction of the academic atmosphere in colleges and universities.By starting from the perspective of cultivating all the staff and taking the colleges as the basic unit,this paper deeply explores the effective path of constructing academic atmosphere in colleges and universities. |
