| 摘 要： | 大阿拉伯自由贸易区的建立给阿拉伯世界带来了经济上的实惠，跨出了长期以来阿拉伯民族追求经济一体化目标的关键一步。同时，贸易区的建成更具有政治上的战略意义，阿拉伯世界出现以“经”促“政”的发展态势，为阿拉伯世界的进一步合作与最终实现民族统一带来期望。但大阿拉伯自由贸易区协议在实践中存在诸多不利因素：第一，大阿拉伯自由贸易区协议本身内容不全面、不明确；第二，阿拉伯国家缺乏顾全大局的契约精神；第三，地区动荡将成为建立一个完整的“大阿拉伯自由贸易区”的长期障碍。大阿拉伯自由贸易区能否越过多重障碍，按照既定的目标模式发展，前途未卜。

| Abstract: | The establishment of Arabia free trade district has brought the economic benefit;it is also the beginning to pursuit of the integration of economy.At the same time,the establishment also has the strategic meaning in politics and pushes the development of the Arabia's politics,bringing the hope of realizing further cooperation with Arabia and the nation united.However,the concept of the free trade district agreement is not all sided.This nation is lack of the spirit of overall interests and the unstable is going to be the biggest obstacle for establishing the integrated trading district. |
