| 摘 要： | 省委、省政府把连云港的发展摆上了带动更大区域发展的战略高度。思考连云港的发展定位，要突出跨越发展主题，实施重点实破；要坚持工业第一方略，在发展路径上，进一步强调工业的主导作用和主体地位，在发展策略上，更加重视对支柱产业的培育和扶持；要把加快开放作为第一推动力，面向海洋汲取更多的先进理念、技术和各种生产要素；要加快推进技术创新，提高经济增长的持续能力和抗风性能力；要注重区域合作协调发展。

| Abstract: | The Jiangsu government has regarded the development of Lianyungang as am important role in bringing along the development of other areas.To think about the orientation of the development of Lianyungang is to span the development topic as well as to actualize the breakthrough of the emphases.The development of industries should be put at the first place,and the special attention should be paid on cultivating and supporting it.Furthermore,it is necessary to quicken the open strategy to be the first impetus,assimilating the more advance techniques and other productive factors from the ocean.The creative techniques should be improved as well in order to increase the economic growth and the abilities to stand against the risk.Also,the development of the areas in Jiangsu should be balanced so as to take in hand the important task of prospering the north of Jiangsu. |
