体育大学生归因方式、自我效能与情感平衡的关系研究

摘    要:研究考察大学生归因方式、自我效能和情感平衡的关系,并比较体育与非体育大学生之间的差异。结果发现:体育与非体育大学生在归因方式和情感平衡上不存在差异,但是二者的情感平衡均低于一般水平;所有大学生在进行归因时多做内在的、整体的和可控的归因;体育大学生在归因方式、自我效能和情感平衡上均不存在性别差异;自我效能对体育大学生正性情感、负性情感和情感平衡均有显著的预测作用。

Abstract:This study examines the relationship among attribution style,self-efficacy and affect balance,and compares PE Majors and non-PE majors.The research findings are: there is no difference in attribution style and affect balance between PE majors and non-PE majors,but all the students' affect balance is under the normal level;all the students tend to make internal,holistic,and controllable attribution;gender has no influence on attribution style,self-efficacy and affect balance for PE majors;and self-efficacy can predict PE majors' positive affect,negative affect and affect balance remarkably.
