| 摘 要： | 明确了体育基础教育课程改革的哲学基础，进而通过对改革过程中出现的“传承”、“借鉴”、“本土化”、“跨越式发展”等问题进行分析；指出制约当前我国学校体育改革的主要原因是受“政策导向”、“社会发展水平”、“传统文化”、“师范教育”和“教育发展不平衡”的制约；进一步明确了我国当前学校体育的健身、娱乐功能，并指出只有明确了当前我国学校体育的功能．学校体育改革才能顺利进行。

| Abstract: | Based on condition of defining the philosophy foundation of basic physical education and health curricular reform ,this paper made analysis on some problems such as inheritance ,use for reference, localization and great-leap-forward development during the reform, pointed out that the main factors restricting current our school physical education reform were policy guidance ,social development level ,traditional cuhure and unbalanced education development and made farther clear that the function of school physical education was body exercise and recreation. |
