| 摘 要： | 高校是我国开展科学研究的一支重要力量。近年来，高校科研经费来源渠道多样化，高校承担的科研项目和筹措的科研经费均呈大幅增长趋势，很多高校的科研资金占学校资金的总量的很大比重，科研经费管理成为学校财务部门和项目负责人日常工作的重要组成部分。本文对高校科研经费管理使用中存在的问题进行剖析，并提出相应的解决办法，来完善科研经费的管理使用，充分发挥科研经费的效能。

| Abstract: | University has become an important force of our country＇s scientific research in recent years, and the origin channel of research fund is various. The gross of fund becomes more and more big. The management of scientific research fund is becoming an important part of routine work of finance department and task principal. This paper is to analysis the problem of scientific research fund management, and put forward corresponding solution to improve the management of scientific research fund and exert maximal efficiency of scientific research fund. |
