| 摘 要： | 笔者认为，休闲问题内含于庄子对生命意义、自由精神的追求中。文章结合现代休闲的几个特征考察庄子的休闲观，以揭示庄子休闲观的内涵。首先，休闲对于个体而言是一种主观的心理体验。庄子是一个善于休闲的人，想要获得心闲的关键在于如何“用心”，文章以“乘物以游心”为代表分析了庄子的游心法。其次，休闲是一种当下的生活方式。庄子直面现实，倡导自然朴素的人生，为我们提供了不少日常生活中的休闲智慧，如，“性体抱神”去除机心回复自然的本性、懂得生活中的“无用之用”、重复性的劳动或活动可以使人由“技”而“进于道”等。第三，休闲是分层次的。休闲所追求的人生理想、生命意义具有超越性。庄子休闲观的核心是游心于天地之间，而其最高境界则是与道合一，体验道的境界。

| Abstract: | Leisure view is contained in Chuang Tzu＇s pursuit of the meaning of life and the free spirit. Comparing with modern leisure theories. Combined with the features of modern leisure, the article analyzes the Leisure view of Chuang Tzu in order to reveals its connotation. As a single person, leisure was firstly some kind of subjective mental experience. Chuang Tzu is a man good at leisure; he believed that the key point of leisure is to acquire the ＂mind free＂ which is how to ＂ use your mind＂. Chuang Tzu adopts the method of soaring the mind freely from material things. Secondly, leisure is the present way of life ; Chuang Tzu bravely faced the reality and proposes a natural simple lifestyle. He provided us many wisdom of leisure and life, such as removing the sleek and sophisticate mind of oneself and returning to the nature of human, knowing the usefulness of the useless in our life, and the repetitive works and activities can also transform skill to art. Thirdly, leisure can be Classified into many degrees. The pursuit of human ideals and free spirit is essentially transcendent. The core of Chuang Tzu＇s leisure view is to travel one＇s mind between heaven and earth freely, whose highest realm is to became one with the Tao and experience the realm of the Tao. |
