| 摘 要： | 随着高职教育的迅速发展及社会对高职学生素质要求的提高,引入辅导员助理制度是高职院校的理性选择。该文分析了辅导员助理制度的重要性及选拔和培养辅导员助理的方法,并指出了辅导员助理的职责;分析了实施辅导员助理制度存在的问题;构建了学校、辅导员、辅导员助理三者有效结合的制度体系。

| Abstract: | Because of the fast development of higher vocational colleges and the requirement of the society to the students,it is quite necessary to adopt the counselor's assistant system.The thesis analyzes the importance of the system,and the method of selecting and training the assistant.Moreover,by analyzing the problems existing in the practice of the system,and the responsibilities of the counselors,it raises the construction of the effective integration of school,counselor and counselor assistant. |
