| Abstract: | USSR’s new social stratum comes into being in the course of Gorbachev’s reform;some of them originate from the former marginal stratum,and the others come from Gorbachev’s reform.Because of the particularity of their position in the soviet production relations and of the wealth gain,The political identity of USSR’s new social stratum is deferent from the official ideology,and,because of this,they have desire and dynamics to transform the soviet social system,so,many of USSR’s new social stratum identify with market economy and capitalism,and play an important role in the soviet collapse. |
