| 摘 要： | 依法治国的核心是依宪治国，切实保障宪法的实施尤为重要。然而在我国，由于宪法监督制度的不健全，宪法至今仍得不到有效实施。本文就我国现行宪法监督制度，存在的问题以及如何创建一个适合我国国情的宪法监督制度进行了探讨，提出了一些自己的见解。

| Abstract: | Constitution is a fundamental law in ruling the country according the law in our country. It is very important to protect the implementation of the constitution. But in our country, because of the imperfect constitution supervision, the constitution cannot be fully implemented. Thus this paper probes into the existing problems of the constitution supervision system for the purpose of exploring the way to found the judicial review system, putting forward some new opinions. |
