| Abstract: | Both in theory and practice, it is an important problem, the effect of the non-right disposition within the scope of application in bona fide gains. By analysis on the two kinds of views, this paper considers that validity of the non-right disposition must be kept in order to make the coordination of the legal system with the real right and the contract law. |
