| 摘 要： | 为研究制造企业用户参与、知识距离和知识整合机制（程序化机制与互动化机制）对企业绿色创新的影响机理，以197家制造企业为实证样本，采用SPSS23.0和PROCESS宏进行数据分析，从知识管理的视角出发，构建一个有调节的模型。结果表明，用户参与和制造企业绿色创新呈现正相关关系；知识距离能够负向调节用户参与和企业绿色创新之间的正相关关系；程序化机制缓解知识距离的负向调节效应不显著；用户参与、知识距离和互动化机制之间存在交互效应，与程序化机制相比，互动化机制更能缓解知识距离的负向调节效应。研究为制造业如何有效地利用用户资源提供新的见解，从而也为制造业采取措施推进绿色创新提供思路参考，促进企业可持续发展。

The impact of user participation on green innovation in manufacturing enterprises: The moderating effect of knowledge distance and knowledge integration mechanism |

| Abstract: | Carbon peaking and carbon neutrality goals have boosted manufacturing investments in green innovation, which has a dual contribution to the economic performance and social responsibility of manufacturing companies. From the perspective of knowledge management, we develop a moderated moderation model to ivestigate the effects of user participation, knowledge distance, and knowledge integration mechanisms on corporate green innovation in this study. Based on the survey data of 197 manufacturing enterprises, the data analysis are made by using SPSS23.0 and PROCESS macro, we find that: 1) There is a positive relationship between user participation and enterprise green innovation; 2) Knowledge distance negatively moderates the positive correlation between user participation and enterprise green innovation; 3) The interactive mechanism, rather than the programmed mechanism, can mitigate the negative moderator effect of knowledge distance. Henceforth, a new explanation for the complex relationship between user participation and enterprise green innovation is proposed by articulating the possible moderating mechanisms under the combined action of knowledge distance and knowledge integration mechanisms. Besides, our study provides some new insignt how the enterprises can effectively utilize user resources, also provides guidance for the manufacturing industry to take measures to promote green innovation and promote the sustainable development. |
