战略柔性、互动能力影响企业迭代创新绩效的组态分析

摘    要:当前,根植于互联网时代、集成了双元创新优势的迭代创新模式开始大行其道,但关于战略柔性和互动能力对迭代创新绩效的影响机制及其联动协同效应尚未明晰。为此,将战略柔性作出资源柔性和协调柔性二维划分,从企业与顾客交流的角度界定互动能力并区分为感知互动能力、信息互动能力和管理互动能力3个维度,构建战略柔性、互动能力与迭代创新关系的理论逻辑框架,以湖南、浙江、湖北等地187家企业为调研对象,通过问卷调查方式,运用模糊集定性比较分析(fsQCA)方法进行企业迭代创新绩效的组态效应分析。结果显示:(1)驱动企业高迭代创新速度的组态有3种:协调柔性与感知互动能力匹配、资源柔性与信息互动能力(或管理互动能力)匹配、协调柔性与管理互动能力匹配;(2)驱动企业高迭代创新可持续性的组态有4种:协调柔性和信息互动能力匹配、资源柔性和感知互动能力匹配、资源柔性和管理互动能力匹配、协调柔性与管理互动能力匹配;(3)驱动企业迭代创新绩效各组态所涵盖样本具有生命周期特征,但高迭代创新可持续性组态中并未涵盖初创期样本。根据研究结论得到的启示在于:企业应根据自身状况和行业发展需要确定提高迭代创新速度和创新可持续性二者的优先发...

Configuration Analysis on Strategic Flexibility and Interaction Ability Affecting Enterprise Iterative Innovation Performance
Abstract:Iterative innovation model, which is rooted in internet age and integrates the advantages of breakthrough and incremental innovation, has become popular presently. However, the impact mechanism and linking synergy effect of strategic flexibility and interaction capability on iterative innovation performance have not been clarified. Therefore, strategic flexibility is divided into two dimensions: resource flexibility and coordination flexibility. Interaction ability is defined and divided into three dimensions: perceptual interaction ability, information interaction ability and management interaction ability from the perspective of communication between enterprises and customers. The theoretical logic of relationship between strategic flexibility, interaction ability, and iterative innovation is constructed. Taking 187 enterprises which in Hunan, Zhejiang, Hubei and other regions as the survey samples, the configuration effect of iterative innovation performance is explored by using questionnaire survey and fuzzy set qualitative comparative analysis method. The results show that: (1) There are three configurations that drive high iterative innovation speed: coordination flexibility matches perception interaction capability, resource flexibility matches information interaction capability (or management interaction capability), and coordination flexibility matches management interaction capability. (2) There are four configurations that drive high iterative innovation sustainability: coordination flexibility matches information interaction capability, resource flexibility matches perception interaction capability, resource flexibility matches management interaction capability, and coordination flexibility matches management interaction capability. (3) The samples covered by each configuration of driving iterative innovation performance have life cycle characteristics but the start-up samples are not included in the high iterative innovation sustainability configuration. The inspiration drawn from research conclusion is that enterprises should determine the priority development level for improving iterative innovation speed and sustainability basing on their own situation and industry development requirement, and implement iterative innovation behavior on the basis of fully considering their own lifecycle stage.
