| 摘 要： | 异构信息系统集成知识创新一方面需要项目各方积极参与,另一方面面临着主体积极性障碍,构建知识创新激励机制成为关键问题.现有的知识创新激励机制强调了外部激励的作用,但忽略了内源性动机的影响.基于企业需求的多样性与层次性,引人马斯洛需求模型,建立知识创新需求模型,分析需求层次的相互关系并细化各层次需求,从内源性动机的视角构建知识创新激励机制.介绍了这一机制在实践中的应用.

| Abstract: | Knowledge innovation in information system integration needs active participation of all project members,while it may face with the holdback of their negative attitude.It becomes critical to construct the incentive mechanism of knowledge innovation.Current incentive mechanisms emphasize extrinsic motivations but ignore intrinsic motivations.Since the need for knowledge innovation in information system integration is various and multi-tier,it puts forward the need-hierarchy model of knowledge innovation based on Abraham Maslow' s need-hierarchy theory.Furthermore,it analyzes the relationships among need hierarchies,and specifies different hierarchies of needs to construct incentive the mechanism of knowledge innovation from the perspective of intrinsic motivations.Finally,the application of this mechanism is described with a case. |
