中美图书馆咨询知识库比较研究

摘    要:咨询知识库是一个供用户查询知识并获取参考的服务平台。通过比较分析中美图书馆咨询知识库的建设现状,发现中美咨询知识库在分类方式、检索途径、组织维护和个性化功能方面存在的差异。建议图书馆对咨询知识库采用以自然语言主题的聚类分类法、提供多维检索途径、系统表述知识内容、整合推荐精彩知识、更新相关知识链接、推送预见性靶向知识服务、鼓励用户共同参与、融会用户补充反馈的优化措施,实现向以用户为中心的、满足用户知识需求的服务模式转变。

Abstract:The reference knowledge base is a service platform which helps users search the knowledge and obtain the references. Through analyzing and comparing the current situation of the reference knowledge base between China and U.S.A, we found the discrepancies in the aspects of classification, search channel, arrangement and maintenance and personalized functions. To recommend that the libraries should take the measure of adopting the clustering classification with the theme of natural language, providing the multidimensions search channel, systematic expressing the content of knowledge, integrating and offering the excellent knowledge, improving the related knowledge chain, pushing the predictable knowledge services, encouraging the users' participation and adding to the user’s comment and feedbacks, in order to achieve the transformation of the user-centered, meeting users’ knowledge needs service model.
