| 摘 要： | 由于市场竞争和技术推动，产品更新速度越来越快，其财务决策已经成为企业重要的决策之一。在此，对产品更新财务特点进行分析，并根据得出的结果对常用的产品更新财务决策方法即净现值法进行优化，以使企业得出更为准确的产品更新财务决策建议。
