| 摘 要： | 面对新世纪、新时代的挑战，社会对人才素质的需求发生了新的变化，要求人才具有合理的知识结构、创新能力和实践能力。但我国高校现有的培养模式在教育思想、教学模式、考试制度及教学改革上都存在很多的不足，这些不足极大地制约了新形势下对创新型人才的培养，客观上要求高校从教育观念、教学改革、考试制度和实践教育等方面入手构建适应需要的高校创新型人才培养模式。

| Abstract: | Facing challenges of the new century,the requirement for talents' qualities has been changing.The new talents should have integrated knowledge configuration,innovative and practical abilities.However,there are so many problems existing in educational ideology,teaching method,testing system and teaching reform.These deficiencies restrict the cultivation of innovative talent.This requests colleges should provide a new training mode which bases on the educational conception,teaching reform,testing system and practical education. |
