| 摘 要： | 通过阐述核心竞争力的产生和高校图书馆核心竞争力的概念，说明图书馆的核心竞争力是由信息资源、服务水平和人力资源组成。文章着重阐述信息资源建设即高校图书馆的特色建设对网书馆核心竞争力的影响，但服务水平和人力资源组成也是图书馆核心竞争力不可缺少的组成部分。

| Abstract: | In this paper the author explains the origin of core competitiveness and the concept of university and college libraries＇ core competitiveness, and the latter is made up of information resources, services and human resources. This paper focuses on the influences imposed by construction of information resources, namely, construction of features of university and college libraries, and on the core competitiveness of university and college libraries, and points out that services and human resources are also indispensable in this process. |
