| 摘 要： | 依据认知学习理论、运动训练学、系统工程学等理论，运用计算机技术，以中长跑训练为对象，针对运动训练的特点，在分析教练员功能的基础上，建立了教练员功能模型，以此得到运动训练控制综合系统的功能配制和系统的总体设计，并基于分层规划的方式，给出了制定运动训练方案的最佳途径。
