| 摘 要： | 随着高等教育规模的不断扩大,高校基本建设进入了一个全新的发展时期,与之相呼应的是大规模征地、新校区开辟以及随之而来的基本建设的高潮。高校的基本建设管理与社会建设管理相比有其特殊性,当前巨大的建设和投资规模,客观上要求高校进一步严格执行基本建设程序,着力建设一支高素质的基本建设管理队伍,建立健全建设工程管理制度,强化施工质量管理等,建设优质工程,为高校的发展提供坚实保障。

| Abstract: | With the enlargement of the size of higher education, there has been a new developing period offundamental construction of college. So currently, expropriating land in large scales, building more new campus andincreasing fundamental construction of college is badly demanded. The management of fundamental construction ofcollege has its particularity compared with other fundamental construction management in the society. To guaranteethe better quality of fundamental construction of college, it is necessary that a proper order should be strictly kept; ahighly qualified staff team should be organized; a perfect management system should be established and the supervi-sion of construction quality should be strengthened. |
