| Abstract: | The most important factor which decides the grade of javelin is the instant speed when the javelin is thrown out.The instant speed is closely associated with the speed which the athelete can achieve in the course of final operation. The elements which affect the operating speed include physical quality and skills. Considering the training of operating speed and selecting materials has great significance to improve the grade of javelin. |
