| 摘 要： | 山西省是我国重要的煤炭生产基地，也是我国第一个国家资源型经济转型综合配套改革试验区，还是煤炭工业可持续发展试点省份，同时也是高碳排放省份，在节能减排与发展经济的双重压力下，山西省国有煤炭企业必须走低碳经济道路。在发展低碳经济道路上既存在内部优势与劣势，又有外部的机会和威胁。面对内外部环境，煤企需要发展低碳经济，即节约资源、提高技术、发展经济。

| Abstract: | Shanxi Province is an important coal production base in China. It is the first national comprehensive reform pilot area of resource-based economy transformation in China. It is also a high carbon province. Under double pressures of energy conservation and emissions reduction and the development of economy, the state-owned coal enterprise in Shanxi Province must develop low-carbon economy. On the road of the low carbon economy development there are internal advantages and also disadvantages, and the external opportunities and threats as well. Facing the internal and external environment, coal enterprises must develop low carbon economy namely low-carbon development, that is; saving resources, improving technology and economic development. |
