| 摘 要： | 目前，高职学生顶岗实习存在着学生对实习认识不足、学校管理体系不够完善、企业视学生为负担等原因，使高职学生顶岗实习过程管理存在一定的困难。质量管理过程方法可以为高职学生顶岗实习过程管理提供有效思路。以学校为主体，构建以过程为基础的学生顶岗实习管理体系，制定相应文件，落实管理机构与职责，发挥学生主观能动性，构建多元考核、分析与评价管理体系，利用信息化手段对实习过程中的各个环节认真计划、组织、控制、改进，使PDCA循环持续改进，顶岗实习过程管理质量得到不断提升。

| Abstract: | Presently, the management of working practice faces many difficulties. The quality management process can provide reference for the management of working process. Some measures are put forward to improve the management of working practice： constructing management system for students＇ working process, formulating some documents, carrying out the duties, giving full play to students＇ subjective initiative, building a systern of assessment, analysis and evaluation, and using some methods to plan, organize, control and improve the system. |
