| 摘 要： | 文物保护单位属于国家的也属于社会全民的，能为社会公众提供公共文化资源。随着旅游业的不断发展壮大，文物保护工作面临极大的挑战，因此，做好文物保护单位的管理工作迫在眉睫。为了进一步做好文物保护单位工作，必须加强机构建设，完善财政保障体制，正确处理好文物保护与合理利用的关系，加大文物保护理念与保护成果的宣传展示和转化运用，提高运行管理效益，只有这样，文物保护单位才能有更好的发展空间。

| Abstract: | Belonging to the state as well as all the people, cultural relics protection units can provide the social groups with public cultural resources. As the rapid development of tourism, the preservation of cultural relics is facing growing challenges, therefore, it is imminent to take good management of cultural relics protection units into consideration. In order to keep pace with it, it proposes to strengthen institution building, perfect the financial security system, correctly handle the relationship between conservation and rational utilization, promote the protection concepts and the demonstration of protection results, and improve operational management efficiency. |
