热塑性乙酰化竹粉/聚己内酯复合材料的加工与性能

摘    要:将自制的乙酰化竹粉与聚己内酯共混,利用转矩流变仪制备可完全生物降解的竹塑复合材料,考察配方和加工工艺对流变性能的影响,并研究所制备的竹粉/聚己内酯复合材料的力学性能和微观形貌.研究结果表明:乙酰化竹粉/聚己内酯复合材料界面相容性好,力学性能较佳;当乙酰化竹粉在复合材料中的质量分数为35%时,复合材料的拉伸强度大于10MPa,断裂伸长率在400%以上。

Abstract:The acetylated bamboo flours (ABF) were mixed with polycaprolactone (PCL) by using the Haake rheometer. The microstructure and physical mechanical properties of the composite were studied. Results show that: the ABF/PCL composite prepaired by Haake rheometer owns excellent mechanical properties and good interface compatibilities. When the content of the ABF were 35 %, the tensile-strength of the material was 10 MPa and the elongation at break could maintain 400%or above.
