| 摘 要： | 高职教育以就业和社会实际需求为导向，重点培养高技能人才。提高高职学生的就业竞争能力和职业发展能力是提升高职院校核心竞争力的重要内容。高职院校科学开展学生职业生涯规划是经济和社会发展的必然要求，是实现高职教育培养目标的必然要求，也是高职学生成长成才和缓解就业压力的迫切需要。

| Abstract: | High vocational educational emphasizes to cultivate high skilled talents with the guide of employment and practical requirements of society.Improving the students' ability of employment competition and vocational development is the main content of improving the central competition ability of higher vocational and technical institutes.Scientifically developing vocational design in higher vocational and technical institutes is the necessary demand of economic and social development and realizing the cultivating aim of higher vocational education.It is also the urgent demand of being talents for students and relieving the pressure of employment. |
